Acupuncture
Meet Chris Fish, our highly skilled Acupuncturist with a wealth of experience and training in both traditional Chinese and Japanese Acupuncture.
With over 30 years of practice, Chris brings a unique approach to healing.
Japanese Acupuncture, in particular, distinguishes itself with its gentle and shallow needle technique, often described as comfortable and virtually painless by most patients.
In addition to her Acupuncture expertise, Chris is versed in Craniosacral therapy, a gentle hands-on treatment that synergizes seamlessly with Acupuncture. This combination can effectively address a wide range of issues, including neck pain, headaches, back pain, emotional stress, and more.
Chris's extensive career spans various healthcare settings, including Women's Health Centers, Aboriginal men's drug and alcohol halfway houses, Detox facilities, Rehab Hospitals, and private clinics in Sydney and the Illawarra region.
Her holistic approach considers patients as complete beings—physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. During consultations, she assesses patients through traditional methods such as tongue and pulse diagnosis, occasionally adding CST, cupping, or moxibustion to the treatment.
Chris offers support for a wide spectrum of conditions, both physical and mental, and readily collaborates with other healthcare professionals when needed. Sometimes, the most effective healthcare involves a team effort.
Chris eagerly anticipates the opportunity to meet you, with the hope of providing support on your health journey with the utmost respect, compassion, skill, and care.

Therapeutic Yoga
Therapeutic yoga is a personalised approach to yoga that focuses on supporting physical or mental conditions through movement, breathwork, and guided relaxation. It blends gentle yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and yoga nidra to promote healing, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being.
Unlike a general yoga class, therapeutic yoga is tailored to your unique needs, whether you're recovering from surgery, managing chronic pain, dealing with anxiety, or looking to improve flexibility and mobility. The practice is designed to meet you where you are, providing support, encouragement, and tools to help you feel more balanced, confident, and at ease in your body and mind.
